NITVE Network support will be responsible for maintaining the systems that allow organizations to function and communicate. We focuses on the maintenance of an existing corporate network, either as part of the organization's internal IT support team or as technical support staff of a third-party network technology provider. Network support may extend from testing and troubleshooting problems to regular maintenance. Support engineers contribute high-level support such as strategic planning of network upgrades and high-level network performance analyses.

- To create user accounts, permissions and passwords in Linux and Windows.

- Network maintenance in LAN and WAN.
- Technical support for companies using the network via internet.
- Day to day admin and monitoring of network use.
- Good problem solving facilities and able to explain technical problems in simple terms (Provides technical support and problem resolution for network issues).
- Good at organizing and multitasking skills.
- A dedication to continually update knowledge based staffs.
- Deep Knowledge of TCP/IP protocols and Internet addresses, Expert level understanding and experience with routing protocols, specifically BGP, OSPF and EIGRP. and clear understanding of the employer’s particular systems.
- Manage district E-mail and Web site.
- Identifies recurring issues for assigned customers and performs corrective action.
- Network experience with Cisco routers and switches
- Expert level understanding and experience with 802.1q, STP, RSTP, MSTP, VLAN, MPLS
- Expert level understanding and experience with IPSEC VPN(s) tunnels.
- High level of knowledge of Internet network technologies (DNS, Firewall, SSH, HTTP)
